Do you have an apology question?
By Lauren | May 10, 2008
Once in a while, I’ll get an e-mail from a reader who has an ethics question, or who needs to make an apology but isn’t sure how to do it. I’m always delighted to get those questions and happy to help whenever I can.
To make that easier, I’ve set up a new “Ask Lauren” section on the Web page for my book, The Art of the Apology. If you visit , you’ll see the “Ask Lauren” box. Write your question there, and I’ll answer you here. And don’t worry about your privacy. I’ll only use your first name (or a pseudonym) in the answer, and any telltale, identifying facts will be just between you and me.
So, if you have an apology question, drop a line - I’d love to hear from you!
