For a fresh take on business ethics, check out Good Honest Dollar
By Lauren | January 11, 2010
One of the best parts of writing this blog has been making friends with like-minded people from around the world. My New Year’s resolutions for this year include making a greater effort to let my readers know when I come across something that I think is particularly good. Today, I’ll take a first step toward keeping that resolution by recommending a blog out of South Korea called “Good Honest Dollar.”
Frequent readers of this blog will recognize the author of “Good Honest Dollar,” a former CPA and English teacher named Andrew (nickname “Drew”), as a regular commentator on this blog. It was one of Drew’s comments here that led me to his site.
Drew typically blogs twice a week on business ethics. His pieces tend to be a bit longer than the average blog entry, and are filled with thoughtful observations and careful research. Best of all, they provide insight on international issues that often go unnoticed in the U.S. Drew’s blog has frequently made me aware of ethical breaches in other countries that the American press never bothered to cover in any detail. (How many Americans know about the Timor Sea oil spill, for example?)
To get a fuller perspective on business ethics around the world, check out “Good Honest Dollar” at www.goodhonestdollar.com.
