For great advice on ethical marketing, check out Principled Profit
By Lauren | August 20, 2009
Long-time readers of this blog will remember the name of my friend Shel Horowitz, whose business ethics pledge was featured in one of my posts a few months back. Shel’s a talented and prolific writer, and I particularly enjoyed his book Principled Profit: Marketing That Puts People First.
Apparently, I’m not alone. Shel recently cut a deal with John Wiley & Sons to publish Guerrilla Marketing Goes Green: Winning Strategies to Improve Your Profits and Your Planet (co-authored with Jay Conrad Levinson). The new book has lots of fresh content, but is based on Principled Profit. That means Shel has to stop selling the earlier book.
There’s an opportunity here for those wise enough to take it. Shel is reducing the cost of Principled Profit by five dollars and, if you buy it now, throwing in two e-books on going green and social marketing for free. You’ll get a lot of great information at a vastly reduced cost and, in the process, help Shel’s efforts to encourage ethical and environmentally friendly business practices. Sounds like a win-win to me.
To get Principled Profit and the other associated goodies, check out www.principledprofit.com.
